Monday night mindful yoga flow
If, like many of us, you love to practice yoga from the comfort of your own home, how about joining Nicola Chantler online, Monday evenings at 7.30pm, for an hour’s energising & restoring flow class? Drop-ins welcome. Here Nicola offers five things to expect from her yoga classes:
1. To make new friends: online and in-person, community is a huge part of yoga and offering a warm, welcoming and friendly space to everyone who comes through the door is paramount for me. We all have a good catch up when we meet each week.
2. Inclusivity: I strive to ensure I offer lots of variations to suit the needs of you and your body. Expect to show up and be encouraged consistently to go at your own pace.
3. Be yourself: meet yourself where you are. We all come with our ‘stuff,’ and it’s my aim to ensure you compassionately listen to how you’re feeling and honour your energy of the moment.
4. Smile: you are actively encouraged to have a smile if you have a wobble. After all, life is way too short to not have a laugh!
5. Focus on the journey, not the destination: we’ll focus on being present and tuning into the needs of the moment. Letting go of what your ego might be wanting, and instead breathing and moving with no attachment to outcome.
